• The multi stage, low temperature, cross current corn drying system is designed to assure homogeneous humidity content and protection of the structure of the kernel that allows effective tempering and physical separation resulting in a smooth running extrusion.

• Effective de-stoning is achieved in multi-layer gravity table separators to avoid corn contaminated by silica (Si0₂) occurring abundantly as quartz, sand and flint stone. A series of high sensitivity (18.000 gauss) magnet boxes and THS/G-150 type industrial metal detectors to separate ferrous and non ferrous metals up to 0.8mm are in place to achieve metal and silica-free products.

• The maximized pneumatic capacity combined with 3 Buhler Jet Filters on each product line results in the brightest looking, dust free products.

• High quality corn processed with the latest Buhler milling technology results in best degermination and decortification results to minimize fat content and break flour in grits to bring in the highest extrusion yields.

• Semolina is the only dry miller in the world to mill 8 granulation fractions in to separate product silos and create tailor made granulation distributions with controlled reduction flour contents granted up to 1% W/W sensitivity.  This is achieved by computerized granulation recipe makers to mix the most precise granulations and best extrusion results with even the most complex die shapes and diameters.

• All semolina products are packed with the highest quality food grade materials sourced through assured suppliers. Multi layer paper bags or PP bags are combined with inner PE / HDP liners to resist the ambient conditions during transport and while kept in storage.
