To live up to our customer requirements; a Quality
Management System, a HACCP Management System and a Food Safety and Hygiene
Management System have been implemented since 1997. Throughout the design
development and implementation of these systems, all subsequent programs
were diligently designed according to international standards and in conformity
and in accordance to requirements of quality assurance departments of our
customers such as Frito Lay Intl. and Kraft Foods Europe whom we
would like to present as our international quality references. Unannounced
audits, technical support and trainings have been serviced from AIB Int.
and SGS, along with a pest prevention program and related training with
National Britannia Inc. All subsequent key programs are incorporated into
the requirements of HACCP integrated ISO9001-2000 Quality Management
System as certified by “Det Norske Veritas” and accredited by “The Dutch
Council for Accreditation RvA”.
The original “Semolina Quality and Food Safety and Hygiene
Management Systems” are modified in 2007 against the IFS Quality and
Food Safety Management System 2004 version 4. Semolina received the “Higher
Level” IFS Certification from SGS on July 2007 to become a “Globally
Approved Supplier” to Pepsi Foods International, Kraft Foods Europe and
Asia and the UN World Food Program. Being registered with the EFSIS,
Semolina received its second Higher Level IFS certification from
SAI-GLOBAL in 2008.
